All of our items for postage are posted via Royal Mail. Please choose your rate of postage at checkout.

Collection

If you choose to collect your item please wait for us to let you know your item is ready before you arrive. I hope you can understand we deal with a high number of orders and therefore we want your order to be ready for your arrival

Returns & Refunds

If there is an issue with any items you receive, we are more than happy to resolve any issues

Tracking

If you wish to track your order please email us at: hello@whatameltonline.co.uk and we will send you your tracking number and update you on its current status.

Discount Codes

Please add your discount code at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to add the discount after the order has been placed.Our website doesn't have the capability to enable a refund for your discount after your payment has been processed.

Can i add to my order?

We will always try our best to accommodate any last minute requests. However if the order has already been processed unfortunately we will not be able to add to your order.

Product Information

My order hasnt arrvied yet, can you help?

Please email us to get an update on your orders status. However please give it up to 10 days from when you order as this is the worst case scenario time frame Royal mail advise. We can also reissue your tracking number via email so you can see its status yourself.

Wax Melt VS Candle

Our wax melts are known for being super strong as well as keeping filling the room for hours with their scent. The reason behind wax melts giving of such a strong scent is because the wax melt doesn't come into direct contact with the flame.
Candles however come into direct contact with the flame therefore this then burns some of the scent, however its still proven they have a gorgeous strong scent throw.

If you are after the strongest smell to fill your home then we recommend wax melts; However if you are after something more aesthetically pleasing, more subtle and decorative for your home then candles are the way forward.

How do i know what scent I will like

We recommend you pop into your local Fragrance shop such as 'Boots, Superdrug, Debenhams or John Lewis' to have a smell of the scents before you order, that way you know you will like your purchases scents. Alternatively order a 'Blind Box' which is a box full of surprise scents, this will enable you to choose scents you like in the future.
